HOMESTEADERS HUB
A Gathering Place for Interdependence
This isn’t your average how-to-guide. Homesteaders Hub is a living, breathing space for those who crave deeper roots - not just in the soil, but in life. We are a community powered space where makers, growers, fixers and dreamers come together to share. Homesteading is often seen as a path to self-reliance but at Homesteaders Hub, we believe the real strength lies in interdependence. Whether you’re growing your first tomato or bartering goat cheese for handwoven blankets, this is your community. Whether you’re on 100 acres or in an urban backyard, you don’t have to do it alone.
We explore the why behind the how - the philosophy, the grit, and the wild joy of crafting a life by hand. Homesteading isn’t a checklist - it’s a mindset. Here, we swap stories as often as we trade seeds. We learn from each other’s experiments, observations, successes and failures. It’s less about perfection, and more about participation, connection, collaboration and growing together. Welcome to the Hub. Let’s build it together!

How fertile soil builds itself through cool seasons.
The role of roots, worms and cover crops in preparing for spring.
Simple, low-input ways to support abundance year after year.

Homesteaders Hub Testimonials
Jamie Shea
“The Make & Take Fire Cider workshop was an incredible experience. Ashley created such a welcoming space, and getting to harvest herbs right from her garden made the class feel deeply connected to nature. Her knowledge and passion for herbal medicine came through in every step. She explained the “why” behind each ingredient and made it easy to follow. I left with my own personalized fire cider, new knowledge, and real sense of community. The Green Table Initiative is doing something special here, bringing people together to learn, grow, and reconnect with the land in a meaningful way.”
